TripPocket Community Rules

TripPocket: Split Travel Costs is operated by LAKESIDE VILLAGE COMPANY LIMITED, Thailand. The service is intended for adults aged 18 and older.
Before creating, adding or sharing content, you must accept these Community Rules. Use TripPocket for genuine trip expenses and share only information and receipts you are entitled to share.
Prohibited content and conduct
Do not post illegal material, sexual content, exploitation or abuse, hate speech, threats, harassment, scams, spam or deceptive content. Do not share someone else’s private information without permission, impersonate others or misuse trip invitations. Do not upload content that infringes someone else’s rights.
Reporting and blocking
Open an expense’s details and choose Report expense or receipt to report its text or photo. Open Account & Ads → Safety & support to report or block another user in the current trip. A report sends your account identifier, the relevant trip/user identifiers, your reason and explanation, and (for an expense report) its text and available receipt to the TripPocket safety administrator. Reports are not shown to the reported user.
Blocking hides that user’s expense descriptions, receipt photos and activity notifications for you. It does not change shared amounts or remove anyone’s trip membership. Trip owners separately manage membership and may disable invitation links.
Moderation and appeals
We review reports and may hide inappropriate expense text/photos or suspend an account’s ability to add or share content. Accounting amounts may remain so that other trip members can settle their expenses. Moderation decisions may be reversed following review. You may contact sales@lakesidevillageproduction.com for support, an appeal or urgent safety concerns. TripPocket is not an emergency service.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how account, trip, receipt, purchase, advertising and safety information is handled. Use the account/data deletion process to request deletion. Safety reports and related decisions are kept as needed to investigate abuse, handle appeals and protect the service; applicable deletion requests and legal retention requirements are considered.
