TRIPPOCKET FIELD GUIDE

About TripPocket & help

Meet the service, find support and understand how TripPocket handles private trips, advertising and account questions.

TripPocket is a shared travel-expense notebook operated by LAKESIDE VILLAGE COMPANY LIMITED, Thailand. It helps travelers keep payments, personal items, shared costs and balances in one trip record.

What TripPocket does

Create a trip, add travelers and record expenses with the people who paid and the people sharing each cost. Add optional receipt photos, work with multiple currencies and review suggested repayments. Accepted trip members can contribute within their permissions. Account sign-in and cloud access controls protect the private workspace.

TripPocket calculates and records costs. It does not book travel, hold money or send repayments. A suggested transfer in the balance view does not confirm that a bank payment has happened. The public guides explain the calculation with fictional examples; they do not display private user trips.

Contact the TripPocket team

Email sales@lakesidevillageproduction.com for product support, privacy questions, safety appeals or account-related help. Please include “TripPocket” in the subject so we can identify the service you are asking about.

For a technical problem

  • Describe the screen and the action you took.
  • Include your device model and browser or app version.
  • Copy the error message, if there is one.
  • Explain what you expected and what happened instead.

Do not email passwords, sign-in verification codes, payment-card details or unredacted receipts. If a screenshot helps, remove private trip names, traveler information and amounts that are unrelated to the issue.

Accounts, privacy and shared trips

The website uses Google sign-in for account access. If you cannot see a shared trip, first check that you signed in with the intended account and ask the owner to review your access. Adding a traveler’s name to a split does not automatically invite that person’s account.

Read the Privacy Policy for the information used by sign-in, cloud storage, receipts, purchases, notifications and advertising. Follow Account deletion to request deletion of your account and associated data. The Community Rules describe acceptable use and reporting.

Advertising and paid access

The free Android app uses AdMob. The website’s public guides may show AdSense advertisements; the private website workspace does not request these guide advertisements. When you are signed in on a guide page, we check your account’s verified Remove Ads entitlement before requesting a banner. If that check cannot be completed, we leave the banner hidden.

Ad availability can vary with Google’s approval, consent choices and available inventory. An empty advertising space is not a charge or a failed expense save. Advertising and cookie choices are described in the Privacy Policy and are available near an active banner where supported.

Learn with an example first

You can read every guide without creating a trip. Start with How TripPocket works, try the local calculator in Splitting shared costs, then read about currencies and receipts and sharing. The calculator runs in your browser and does not save an account or expense.
